That time shaped her heart for sustainable care; both for self and for people that she serves. She is still connected to YWAM today, offering teaching, support, and care for workers in the field. Through her training with the Allender Center in narrative-focused trauma care, and her own journey as a survivor and caregiver, she has learned the importance of creating space for healing, rest, and honest reflection. She teaches these classes because she believes that everyone's work matters; and so does their wellbeing.
