Bird’s Nest Watercolor Painting
Join Lisa Krueger as she takes you on a fun watercolor adventure. She will explain the process & demonstrate each step before you paint. You've never painted before? No worries, as the classroom atmosphere is no-stress and relaxed. In this fun and freestyle painting class, you will use several techniques that include tossing, scraping, & dropping paint. Incorporating these techniques will leave you with interesting patterns on your paper as you build your nest using the layers. Professional grade paint and Arches 140# cold press paper will be used. All materials are provided for you and you will go home with an 11” x 14” painting suitable to be framed.

Lisa Krueger of Oak View Studio is an artist living in the backwoods of Tomahawk. She enjoys creating in a variety of mediums such as watercolor, pastel, acrylic, mixed media, & alcohol ink. She is a member of both the Lakeland & Manito Art Leagues. She serves on the Board of Directors and is Workshop Coordinator for the LAL. She is also a member of the North Woods Art Tour and welcomes visitors into her studio twice a year during the NWAT. Lisa shares her love for creating by teaching throughout the Northwoods.
