Traditional Hmong Egg Rolls
Prepare traditional Hmong egg rolls in this class as you learn about Hmong history and culture! This will be a fun-filled hands-on class taught by Central Wisconsin culinary students and staff. Participants will take at least a dozen egg rolls home to enjoy!

Instructor: Trisha Sirny, Wausau West HS Culinary Instructor
Trisha Sirny has a BS and MS in Family and Consumer Science Education from UWSP. Culinary Instructor at Wausau West High School, teaching Nutrition, Culinary Math, and Pastries and Baked Goods. Certified as a ServSafe Instructor and Proctor. Experience teaching at UWSP with their community outreach programs in culinary arts.
Wausau West students are FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) members who are familiar with Hmong history, culture, and cuisine.
