New Federal Requirements - Beneficial Ownership Information
Do you have any type of state registrations with the WI Department of Financial Institutions or other state equivalencies? Do you hold land or property in an LLC? Any LLCs, Partnerships, and S-Corporations are now subject to new federal registrations. Are you thinking of starting a new business or non-profit organization? This class will cover the new federal requirements that all new and existing state registration entities are subject to completing. Don't risk being fined $500 a day for not knowing!

Learn the current value and future value of what an HSA can do for you. Discover the tax benefits of an HSA, the collaboration with other tax credits and deductions, aid in early retirement and Marketplace Insurance, and the triple tax-free IRA option.

Are you on the board of a non-profit organization, or thinking about starting a non-profit? Then this is the class for you! Learn what it takes to set up a non-profit, the different types of non-profits, and the yearly filing requirements with the state of Wisconsin and the IRS. Understand the different types of licenses and registrations you will need, and learn safeguarding techniques to make sure your hard work stays with the organization!
