Total Dance Blast Cardio (Winter & Spring 2025 Sessions)
Move to the beat and feel the burn! This high-energy 50-minute class features fun dance moves set to today's upbeat hits, giving you a total-body workout that feels more like a party. Perfect for everyone, it's a great way to work up a sweat, build endurance, and have an absolute blast. Come for the music, stay for the fun!

*Recommended to take with ‘PowerFlow Intervals Fitness' on Thursday evenings.*

She enjoys leading in a wide range of classes, including strength training, cycling, HIIT, yoga, and dance-based workouts, and she uses the latest in exercise science to build challenging and effective workouts for all body types. Looking for a workout that does it all? This class is a dynamic group fitness class that blends interval training, strength-building exercises, and mobility work for a complete, full-body experience. This class will challenge your endurance, build muscle, and improve flexibility while keeping you energized and motivated. Whether you’re looking to torch calories, tone up, or increase your range of motion, this class has you covered. Join us in a supportive community setting and leave each class feeling stronger, more balanced, and ready to take on the day!

Participants should be able to get down and up from the mat on their own relatively easily.

*Recommended to take with ‘Total Dance Blast Cardio' on Tuesday evenings.*

Pound Fitness

Pound Fitness is a workout with drumsticks and music. Drumsticks are provided or you can bring your own “Pound Fitness Drumsticks.” Yoga mats are required for this class
(if you need one, please contact us for assistance)
. This class will be mostly standing with two workout songs on the mat. Participants will work out at their own level of fitness and will improve over time. Join this FUN, “upbeat” exercise class!
Participants younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Judy is certified as a Pound Pro in Pound and Generation Pound. Mary is certified in Pound and Generation Pound.

Girls on the Run
Meeting in small teams, trained volunteer coaches inspire girls to build confidence through interactive lessons and physical activities.
Dates: Monday & Thursday practices, Feb 24 - May 15. Community-Wide Celebration 5k at the end of May.
Time: Practice starts after school at 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Ages: 3rd-5th Grades
Fee: $175. Financial assistance is available!
Location: Tomahawk Elementary School (Meet in TES Cafeteria, Entrance #8)
