She enjoys leading in a wide range of classes, including strength training, cycling, HIIT, yoga, and dance-based workouts, and she uses the latest in exercise science to build challenging and effective workouts for all body types. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned enthusiast, Katie will meet you where you are and help you push toward your goals in an enjoyable and safe environment.
Yoga Foundations
These once-a-month workshops take a deeper dive into specific movement themes while building strength and confidence in your practice. Each session breaks poses down into approachable components before building them into a flow and ending with a final relaxation.
